Our club was founded in 1936 and is an AMA Chartered Club. (Academy of Model Aeronautics)
We have about 60 members, but always welcome new members of any age and experience to the club.
So, if you are an experienced flyer, returning to flying or totally new to the hobby then come and talk to us.
Our year-round flying site is
located within the
Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve
just south of I-55, off Lemont Road between Downers Grove and Lemont.

Help and advice on equipment selection and purchase
Assistance with model building, repairs and technical issues
The club holds events throughout the year including our monthly meeting at the VFW Post #503, summer evening social flying, Fun Fly competitions, a Family picnic, an Open House, Float flying and trips to other flying clubs.
